We believe that the web serves people, not the other way around. Our goal in every project is to deliver web products that are always engaging, easy to use, intuitive, and uncomplicated. Succeeding in this requires that the project be broken down into its component parts and mapped out with each of the stakeholders. This includes identifying the audience, with unique goals for each group, exploring existing or new content that must be created, and ensuring that conversion, the escalation of your visitor from anonymous to a known opportunity, is focus of every visitor funnel.
Questions we typically ask include
- Who is your audience? What are they looking for?
- What action do you want your audience to take?
- In what ways does this web project relate to existing efforts, such as marketing strategy, internal employee communications, or customer acquisition initiatives?
- How will results be tracked?
The plan is two thirds of the work
As the Internet continues to grow there are thousands of ways to execute a project. This includes choosing platforms, Content Management Systems, as well as what audience you want to engage and how. In some cases, solutions exist as low cost services, in others a custom build may be advantageous.
At the beginning of every project we hold a detailed planning meeting where all variables from structure, design, functionality, design, timing and cost are discussed by all of the stakeholders. This planning meeting results in an implementation plan that we can execute on your behalf, or which can be passed to internal resources or partner resources.
By establishing the strategic plan we can ensure that all parties are informed and in agreement, all costs are understood, and the timeline represents a real roll-out plan that can be met. Most of these components are too detailed to simply provide in an RFP or over the phone, as they are the result of collaboration.
